Repairman: What can I do?
Benjamin: The system crashed when I was surfing on the internet.
Repairman: Did you go to any illegal website?
Benjamin: No, But does that matter?
Repairman: Yes, your computer can be easily infected by virus if you do that.

had better (常簡略為’d better)是固定詞組，常表示“最好”，用于表示對別人的勸告、建議或表示一種愿望，主語不論是第幾人稱，句子不論是什么時態(tài)，都要用had better 的形式。其用法有以下幾點：
1.had better 后面必須跟動詞原形
had better 后跟動詞原形，即不帶to 的不定式，構(gòu)成had better do sth.句型，例如：

2.had better 的否定式
常用的否定形式是將not 直接放在had better 的后面，例如：
