1. You must learn a new way to think before you can master a new way to be.

7. A lot of people resist transition and therefore never allow themselves to enjoy who they are. Embrace the change, no matter what it is; once you do, you can learn about the new world you’re in and take advantage of it.

8. If you don’t enjoy your life, sorrow, sadness, fear, shame and guilt will.

如果你不好好享受生活，你的悲傷、難過、害怕、羞愧和內疚會代替你享受。

9. We can never give up wishing while we are thoroughly alive. There are certain things we feel to be beautiful and good, and we must hunger after them.

我們從不應該在活著的時候放棄希望。我們會為一些事而感到美好，而這些事是我們必須自己去追尋的。

10. Whatever I believed, I did; and whatever I did, I did with my whole heart and mind.
