在學習與工作中，經(jīng)常需要我們用英文做一些主題展示，或表達思想，或介紹經(jīng)驗，或推廣品牌... ... Presentation既像演講，又不同于演講，同在于都需要良好的語言組織能力和表達溝通技巧，異在于，相比于演講的某些渲染效果，Presentation對于信息傳達的精準性和簡潔性要求更高，目的性更強，往往還會借助PPT這一媒介。因此，不論是在課堂還是工作中，能做好一個英文Presentation的能力都極為重要。

繼上兩期內(nèi)容之后，今天，英語君繼續(xù)大家介紹做Presentation內(nèi)容方面的注意事項。

大多數(shù)的presentation包括三大塊和提問部分

在做presentation的過程中，“重復”是非常重要的，重復的黃金法則是

Say what you are going to say...第一遍，說你將要說什么

say it...第二遍，正式開始說

then say what you have just said.第三遍，重復剛剛說的內(nèi)容

這就是傳說中的 重要的事說三遍。。。

換句話說，就是把同一個觀點在上述的三大板塊中都說一遍，即提出，介紹，總結(jié)。

下面，我們就這三大板塊具體介紹一下

Introduction 引入部分

This is the first impression that your audience have of you. You should concentrate on getting your introduction right.

一般引入部分有四個目的：

welcome your audience歡迎觀眾

introduce your subject介紹主題

outline the structure of your presentation列出提綱

give instructions about questions對提問環(huán)節(jié)進行事先解說（如什么時候可以提問）

以下是一些introduction部分的常用語

1. Welcoming your audience

Good morning, ladies and gentlemen

2. Introducing your subject

I am going to talk today about...

The purpose of my presentation is to introduce our new range of...

3. Outlining your structure

To start with I’ll describe the progress made this year. Then I’ll mention some of the problems we’ve encountered and how we overcame them. After that I’ll consider the possibilities for further growth next year. Finally, I’ll summarize my presentation (before concluding with some recommendations).

4. Giving instructions about questions

Do feel free to interrupt me if you have any questions.

I’ll try to answer all of your questions after the presentation.

I plan to keep some time for questions after the presentation.

Body ?主干部分

The body should be well structured, divided up logically, with plenty of carefully spaced visuals.

主干是真正的presentation，以下是一些注意事項：

Questions 提問部分

It may be helpful for you to try to predict what questions will be asked so that you can prepare your response in advance. You may wish to accept questions at any time during your presentation, or to keep a time for questions after your presentation. Normally, it’s your decision, and you should make it clear during the introduction. Be polite with all questioners, even if they ask difficult questions. Sometimes you can reformulate a question. Or answer the question with another question. Or even ask for comment from the rest of the audience.可以事先準備一些問題的答案。你可以在presentation的任何一個過程中接受提問，但是應該事先向觀眾表達清楚。即使面對相對困難或刁鉆的問題，也要禮貌回應，你可以重新組織一個問題，把提問引到你熟悉的領域，也可以用其它問題的答案回答不同的問題。征求一下臺下觀眾的看法也是可行的。
